After placing the order customer will get the confirmation with details of order. Ortiko Oy will add the shipping costs into that. They will be calculated the most profitable way for the customer.
Time of delivery is 7-14 days. If the product is out of stock, we will contact the customer and negotiate how to proceed.
It is important for us that the customer is pleased with our products. Customer can return the product within 14 days from the day of delivery. Product has to be in the same condition as receiving it. Customer has to contact first Ortiko Oy by phone or email. If customer has received wrong product or product is damaged on the way, customer has to contact immediately Ortiko Oy by phone or email. The mistake will be corrected mainly by delivering new faultless product,, but if it is not possible, deal can be cancelled or price can be reduced.
